Swing Match Weighting is the first wedge technology to truly fit your wedge to your natural swing.

Our weighting technology allows the golfer to adjust their wedge to match their natural swing profile and release motion. These profiles are typically broken into three major categories: Cover, Side On, Under or in simpler terms, a continuum of steep to shallow.
Each wedge has two lighter 2-gram weights and one heavier 8-gram weight. By moving the heaviest weight on the wedge to the optimal position for your profile, it will work complementary to your swing and optimize your wedge game.

The edel D grand wage cut through the turf like butter. This is the best performing grind I have used the weights on all of the Edel irons are game changers!

Customization makes a big difference!!

I have a set of Edel SMS irons which are great but, have not yet replaced my P-790 iron set. However, these wedges, the 50°, 54° and 58° have replaced my prior wedges. I have tested each with a launch monitor and tracked the varying specs for distance and ball flight with the movement of the weights. I also ordered additional lighter weights to offset the 5 gram heavier graphite shafts. These adjustments changed my wedge flights to a higher spin slight fade, with the heaviest weight in the heel position. With these wedges and another year of Arccos tracking, I am hoping to hold off Father's Time for another season and to get my handicap back down to single digits.
